I’m extremely proud to be part of a company that holds strong values which are a constant reminder of our own work ethic.

Before joining EO Group I worked in a charity fundraising sector for over 9 years, managing large groups of customer service specialists. When taking that next step in my career, it was incredibly important for me to work for a company that held values that were important to me personally. I wanted to make sure that I could carry those values through my role and that every action I took had a definitive purpose. When I came to EO Group, I immediately knew that this was the right place for me. I’m extremely proud to be part of a company that holds strong values which are a constant reminder of our own work ethic.

The first thing I noticed about the company when I first joined was transparency and fantastic communication amongst the teams. Even the walls in the office are (literally) transparent, allowing for senior managers to be more accessible and approachable.

The opportunities within the company are more than amazing. More than 40% of my team have been promoted internally since I first started. The environment in the office is fantastic. Even on the most stressful days, you are guaranteed a good laugh! Everyone works incredibly well together and the company works as one big team. That is because we all understand the bigger goal and how we can each individually contribute. We rely on each other to achieve greater success.
