“I’m currently a Senior Customer Service Adviser for Office Power. I look after our dealer partners and their customers, helping with queries on products and process, tracking orders, navigating our platform and general everyday issues. Communication is via telephone, email and our online query management system.
I started in the Euroffice Customer Service Team which gave me a solid knowledge foundation of our systems to then refine that to better suit the needs of our dealer partners at Office Power. A lot of my colleagues here at EO Group have also been working for the business for some time and had progressed up from the same starting point as me. The fact that so many of us have been advancing within the business rather than leaving to further our careers is a big positive for me as it shows how much we all like working here.
