Operations Administrator

Job title: Operations Administrator
Reports to: Operations Team Lead
Location: EO Group Ltd, Dome House, 48 Artillery Lane, London, E1 7LS

Top Accountabilities:

  • Daily processing and completion of all held orders within the order flow process, including: Credit Limits checks, Credit Pending, Credit Stops, VAT checks and Fraud Checks.
  • Completion of all new customer Credit Applications and Pay by Phone orders
  • Specials order placement. Ensure all “Specials” orders are placed each day with suppliers and confirmed in writing to the Dealers
  • Pro-active chasing of suppliers to confirm “Specials” orders have been delivered and to obtain supplier invoices for processing
  • Supplier invoicing processing for “Specials” orders, ensuring that the open purchase order for suppliers and dealers is keep within agreed SLA monthly value.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • A good academic background
  • A high level of customer service
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Order flow processing would be an advantage


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
